Les zones appelées mouvement permanent sur la carte des zones instables correspondent ainsi à l'alinéa 2, article 71A Glissements de terrain . C'est-à-dire que les immeubles situés dans ces zones seront mentionnés au registre foncier.
Ces territoires en mouvement permanent correspondent aux glissements les plus importants du canton de Genève.
