Description: Le Graphe hydrographique transfrontalier, composante du référentiel transfrontalier à grande échelle (RTGE) représente le réseau hydrographique dans le territoire élargi du Grand Genève. Constitué de segments linéaires situés sur l'axe des cours d'eau, il est produit à partir de : - côté francais : données BD TOPAGE® V2-06/2022 (IGN, OFB, OIEAU/SANDRE) - côté vaudois : données GESREAU 2019, Canton de Vaud (Direction générale de l'environnement) - côté genevois : données SIEau 2022, Canton de Genève (Office cantonal de l'eau) Les caractéristiques de ce graphe sont : - harmonisation des données attributaires basée sur un modèle minimal commun, notamment au niveau de la nomenclature, de la nature et de l'état des troncons - continuité géographique de part et d'autre des frontières, réalisée grâce à un réseau de points d'accroche situés sur les limites cantonales et nationales - référentiel vectoriel en adéquation avec les principes de la directive INSPIRE L'usage principal de ce graphe est la réalisation de cartes régionales (numériques ou papier) de qualité homogène de part et d'autre des frontières. Ces cartes sont notamment utilisées dans les nombreux projets de gestion et de développement territorial du Grand Genève.
