Description: Les périmètres de cette couche délimitent les bassins de population affectée à un local de vote. A chaque arrondissement est associé un local de vote (voir couche GEO_VOTATION_PT). Les périmètres des arrondissements sont digitalisés sur la base des informations fournies par l'OCPM (office cantonal de la population et des migrations), sous forme d'un extrait de la base de données CALVIN, qui associe une adresse de résidence à un numéro d'arrondissement électoral. Remarque : en Ville de Genève, les limites des périmètres ne correspondent donc pas forcément au règlement sur la délimitation des arrondissements électoraux de la Ville de Genève (A 5 05.03 - RDAEVG), mais bien sur l'affectation réelle d'un électeur à son arrondissement électoral.
